Q: What kinds of items are listed on ShopAssataSAYS.com?
A: The pieces here can be in every condition from brand new/never worn to vintage. I am not in the business of scamming anyone and will post in the item description if the item is any of the following:
-Brand new
-Worn X amount of times
-Vintage
Q: Why is everything so inexpensive? Is there anything wrong with it?
A: No, there isn't anything wrong with these items. Many of the pieces are just items that have been sitting in my closet and no longer fit. Some pieces I have worn once and may never wear again. Either way, they're taking space up in my closet and I would like to make room for some other pieces. If there is any slight imperfections in an item, I will note it in the product description.
Q: Why don't you just sell on eBay?
A: There are so many other sellers on eBay and it can become costly to sell there. If I sell things that I've once owned here, I can charge less than I would have to if I sold on eBay. Selling here also allows me to have more contact with the customer (ex.: faster response time for e-mail inquiries).
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Many of the pieces here are less than $20 bucks. Some are new and some have been loved (aka used). If you like to see more views of the item(s), e-mail me at Shop@AssataSAYS.com and I will gladly send you alternate pictures and answer any questions you may have about the item(s). I'm not here to trick you but I want you to know EXACTLY what you're getting so I will do what I can to make sure you know about the product before you purchase it. Unfortunately, I am not able to except returns, give refunds, or honor exchanges at this time.
Q: What kind of environment are these pieces from?
A: Many of the items here will come straight from my home (by way of a department store/shopping center/boutique). I do NOT live in a home with ANY animals nor do I or anyone in my home smoke. Any items (such as clothing) that have been worn will have been laundered/dry cleaned before delivered. If a piece is on consignment, I will make note of it in the product description.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: I accept credit and debit card payments through Pay Pal only. I do not accept COD, money orders, or personal checks.
Q: What shipping options are available?
A: There is only one option available and that is standard shipping. It can be up to $10 per item for state-to-state shipping. The price of shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping will be combined for 2 or more items is if the items were ordered on the same day. All items will be shipped the business day after the order is placed. Q: Are there any more pictures of these items available?
A: On ShopAssataSAYS.com, there are only 3 pictures of each product available. If you would like to see more views of the item, e-mail me at Shop@AssataSAYS.com and I will send you alternate pictures and answer any questions you may have about the item.
Q: What do you mean by similar style/design/shape?
A: When I say that a piece listed at ShopAssataSAYS.com has a similar style, design, or shape as another item sold somewhere else, I do NOT mean that it is the same thing. I do not mean that it looks exactly the same, will fit exactly the same, or is the same brand. I am simply trying to give you a better idea of what the item MAY look like in person.
